I’m a bit of a food masochist. There are numerous rich meals that upset my stomach, but as I sit at the table of a restaurant, “carbonara” will come out of my mouth to the wait staff as if I have no control over my own tongue.
Before I know it I have ordered something containing cream, raw egg, or both, with the full knowledge that I am going to be slumped over my desk at work in pain for the afternoon.
It’s a sickness.
A good Caesar salad is one of my favourites, so I did a little dance when I found this recipe for a healthier alternative, with Greek yogurt in the dressing. If you are not keen on anchovies, you can swap them out for olives.
