Hey all !

Yesterday I posted a video on my new Youtube channel of me attempting to cook potato gratin. I love that I had a couple of people email me telling me they have recipes for me to try. I’m no chef, I’m learning, and I am totally open to people sending me a meal idea that I can film – I’m all about the sharing if you hadn’t noticed!

If you have a recipe that you think I will love, please comment on any blog post or YouTube video, or send me an email at – I would love so much to hear from you. Add in a link to your Facebook, or a photo so I can do a quick zoom on your face and show everyone the owner of the creation. Time to get your glamour selfies out. I would especially love recipes that are super easy and inexpensive. There are some beautiful meals online to try, but I’m a grown-arse woman, working 9-5 and blogging 5-9. Ain’t nobody got time for elaborate ingredients and hours at the stove. I’ve got shit to do!

I’m also all for you telling me what you want to see on my new channel. If there is a particular video you want me to do, please let me know. I’m attempting to do one per week. Mum doesn’t know it yet, but over xmas she’s going to teach us how to make her carrot cake of dreams.

Thanks for all your continued support – I have just started a video diary of my journey toward my goals. I hope to cut it all down and offer snapshots of what it is like to start a website, to film yourself for YouTube (which comes hand in hand with feeling like a total dick) and to be a 30-something girl, trying to go down the path of an entrepreneur. I thought it might be interesting to anyone in the same boat, with all the same fears, to see the process from the very beginning. My promise to you is 100% honesty about this journey. We will save the sugar-coating for the cooking.

Much love XX
