This morning, heads were dusty and eyes were foggy after a few too many espresso martinis last night. I had my heart set – I wanted to go to the one brunch spot I could think of that served spaghetti at breakfast. Carbs, please refill today’s happiness – I willingly traded it for last nights party.

After two coffees, some garlic, chilli and rocket spaghetti and a bacon and blue cheese sandwich, we started to feel life’s energy return. Ok – so we are both currently in the fetal position on the daybed in the sun, but things are on the up.
