God, do I have writer’s block. I have absolutely nothing of value to write for you! I could utter some senseless, philosophical nonsense, but you may stop coming to see me. So in absence of words, I thought I would share a few photos I have taken lately.

Being home has been just so lovely. I have enjoyed every minute of quality time spent with amazing people. Below is a photo of Mum on her birthday. I had a great morning picking out her outfit and taking a few snaps of her beautiful and youthful 64-year-old face.

Have you ever wished you could freeze time and savour every second? Like it is moving too fast as you clutch at all the moments, trying to collect them like trinkets. That is how I feel right now. Which may explain the lack of writing inspo. To write, requires us to spend time in our head, but I’m having so much fun out in the real world.

Oops, I went and wrote some senseless, philosophical nonsense. I just can’t help myself!

Much love xx

  1. Love your writing Katie! 💕 it really speaks to means even made me cry a little as I am currently at home too, in Denmark with mum, trying to collect my own moments like trinkets before I go back to NZ soon. Wish I could freeze time!
    Love the picture blog.
